TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our tickets are issued for the event shown on the face by the Promoter as named.
They are sold subject to the terms and conditions below and as may be displayed within the venue.
1. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of The ‘Summer Madness’ Concert. THIS IS A STRICTLY NO CAMPING ONE-DAY EVENT.
2. No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost tickets. The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
3. Admission to the venue and performance is at the ticket holder's own risk. Neither the promoter nor the venue management shall be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the venue.
4. The use of audio, audio visual or video equipment is strictly prohibited and such devices shall not be brought into the venue.
5. No bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food to be brought into the venue. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted.
6. Bicycles, fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas, tents and cooking equipment or similar articles are not permitted within the venue, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry.
7. No dogs (with the exception of registered guide dogs) will be permitted on site. Do not bring anything that could be interpreted as an offensive weapon i.e. multi-purpose style tool that contains a knife, as they will be confiscated.
8. The management reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security personnel.
9. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the venue.
10. The promoter reserves the right to alter or change the programme without prior notification.
11. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after the purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellations, refunds will be available from the point of sale for the face value only.
12. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of actual or simulated likeness with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
13. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the promoter, and any ticket so used may be voided and the holder be refused admission. The use of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these conditions, the promoter reserves the right to cancel this ticket and retain any monies paid therefore.
14. Official merchandise can only be purchased from official merchandise stands and vendors located within the venue.
15. Parents are reminded that there are areas of the event site, especially immediately in front of the stages that are inappropriate for young children. Children under the age of 5 years are not permitted and children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21 years.
16. This is an outdoor event on grass; in case of inclement weather it is advisable to come equipped with appropriate clothing and footwear.
17. Access for registered disabled vehicles (occupants must have booked through See Tickets tel: 0871 2200 260 / www.seetickets.com) through Gate A, car park 1 off Whitcombe Road.
18. This ticket will be exchanged for a wristband at the concert entrance. THE WRISTBAND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY WRISTBAND BE REPLACED IF LOST, REMOVED, DAMAGED, BROKEN OR STOLEN.
